Overview

Our franchise organization is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team in an entry-level, hourly management position. You are cross-trained in all skill positions within the restaurant and gain knowledge of operational tasks including ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning. You work closely with the General and Associate Managers and complete a one-year certification program designed to teach in-store management skills.

Engage in cross-training across all restaurant skill positions and assist with operations to support daily store performance. Participate in the one-year certification program, including modules that teach in-store management skills. Collaborate with General and Associate Managers to ensure smooth restaurant operations, including ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning.

• 1-2 years experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high-volume restaurant with a diversified menu offering.
• Education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma; college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour
