Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Base pay range
: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr this role is part of Sam’s Club’s Fresh Food associate team, responsible for stocking and maintaining sanitary conditions in the freezer, cooler, and deli departments while delivering excellent customer service.

• Ensure high‑quality products are properly stored and available to members.
• Maintain clean shelves, proper temperature control, and correct expiration dates, and dispose of any lower quality items.
• Pack products in appropriate containers and display them on stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area throughout the shift.
• Follow all safety standards, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Assist members, identify their needs, locate merchandise, help with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues.
• Comply with food‑handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, and perform Cold Chain procedures when stocking merchandise.
• Secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise and complete required audits, paperwork, and logs.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in stocking or service roles is preferred.
