Store Shift Lead

Hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Shift Leads – ready to grow with one of the largest national gasoline and convenience retailers, with over 1,700 stores in 27 states.

• Providing a prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Responding to and resolving customers’ requests and concerns
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operating cash register
• Ensuring fuel and merchandise are available for customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store’s performance goals and objectives
• Performing job‑related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management, provide backup duties, including completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan‑ogram compliance, inventory ordering, product count, equipment maintenance, and training new employees

• Must be 18+ years of age (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah)
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Requires minimum 3 months of cashier experience
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have dependable transportation

Salary ranges:
Assistant Manager $13.75–$14.25 per hour;
Shift Lead $13.25–$13.75 per hour.
