Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various aspects of the business including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment to meet required regulations
  • Perform building related installation and maintenance including, but not limited to furniture assembly, data/power installations, plumbing and lighting repair
  • Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas
  • Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities
  • Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications
  • Keep areas clean and organized, including cleaning dock levelers, dock bays, pressure washing building surfaces, cleaning HVAC systems (interior and exterior) maintaining a clean maintenance department
  • Other duties as assigned
Required

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 2 plus years of related experience
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
