Hourly rate ranges from $19.23 – $19.48 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain guest services
• Oversee and manage store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses and shrinkage
• Manage human resources functions
• Handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures

• Minimum age 21
• Prior retail management experience required
• Requires standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per day
