Navitor, a branch of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join the team onsite in our North Mankato, MN facility! In this position, you will be responsible for working with customers and sales representatives by taking incoming emails, making outbound calls, and entering orders.

1st Shift;
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.

• 1+ experience in a Customer Service related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills

• High school education or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of printing process and pricing
• Strong computer experience with a preference in Microsoft Office

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16.00 - 20.00.
