Direct Support Professional; DSP​/Caregiver

Overview

Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver  will work directly with people in need of assistance and/or living with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs. With services in 15 states, our team is united by a shared commitment to making a real difference—one person, one voice, one choice at a time.

• Provide Hands-On Care
  :
  Assist individuals with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, and transportation, while fostering independence.
• Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment
  :
  Maintain a clean, safe space that supports residents in reaching their personal goals.
• Mentor & Guide
  :
  Provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve their aspirations.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Passion for helping others
• Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation
• Good communication, reading, writing, and collaboration with internal and external team members

• Fixed Rate
  : $18.50/hr
• Schedules
  :
  Variety of open part-time schedules; some weekends and holidays required
