We are a growing company looking for a compliance manager to join our team.
Fulfillment LeadThe Fulfillment Lead is responsible for overseeing daily fulfillment operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order processing. This role leads front-line fulfillment staff, coordinates workflow, maintains quality standards, and supports continuous improvement across picking, packing, shipping, and inventory processes.
This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support daily fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and returns
- Supervise, train, and motivate fulfillment associates to meet productivity and quality goals
- Monitor order flow and prioritize work to meet shipping deadlines and service‑level agreements
- Ensure accuracy of orders, inventory handling, and documentation
- Identify workflow issues and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Track performance metrics (accuracy, output, turnaround time) and report results to management
- Assist with inventory counts, stock discrepancies, and system updates
- Collaborate with customer service, purchasing, and logistics teams
- Step in operationally as needed during peak periods
