Job Type: LPN full‑time, 40+ hours weekly, starts ASAP. Ongoing assignment with every other weekend required. 24‑48‑hour onboarding if documents are ready to upload.

Rate: $45 hourly, WEEKLY PAY

Benefits:
Overtime at 1.5× hourly rate, consistent ongoing agency assignment with scheduled hours.

As an LPN in our skilled nursing home facility, you will play a crucial role in providing high‑quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient health, assisting with treatments, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the well‑being and comfort of our residents.

• Valid LPN license in the state of New York
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to various situations and prioritize effectively
• Experience in a skilled nursing home or long‑term care setting preferred

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document resident health status and communicate changes to appropriate team members
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents' comfort and safety
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date resident records and charts
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families
