Our client, a respected residential builder with 40+ years in the industry, is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support ground-up homes and major remodels across South Florida. Residential construction experience is required. High-end or luxury residential experience is a plus, not required.

What You'll Do

• Support daily operations for residential new builds and remodels
• Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, inspections, and materials
• Manage permitting, contract documents, RFIs, COs, and project paperwork
• Help maintain budgets, logs, reports, and project files
• Coordinate with designers, architects, engineers, and permitting offices
• Support punch-out and project closeout

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in residential construction (required)
• Strong understanding of construction administration, permitting, and contracts
• Ability to manage documentation, project logs, and workflow
• Experience supporting PMs or field teams for a residential GC
• High-end or luxury home experience is a bonus
• English required;
  Spanish/Portuguese a plus
