We are assisting a busy litigation team in North Miami with an immediate need for a temporary paralegal.

This group focuses on representing homeowners' and condominium associations in general liability matters, working under both state and federal court rules.

This role is fully onsite and will support the team while the current paralegal is on medical leave (estimated 2-5 months). The right candidate will step into a fast-paced caseload, manage scheduling, and assist attorneys with case preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence for general liability litigation
• Manage litigation schedules, deadlines, and court calendars
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court staff
• File documents in state and federal courts (e-filing)
• Assist in trial preparation and case organization

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (general liability required)
• Familiarity with state and federal court rules
• Strong drafting and organizational skills
• Ability to work fully onsite in North Miami
