As a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending, you will take your clients on a first-class journey to home ownership and deliver strong sales results. You will apply your knowledge of home lending products to serve as the customers’ primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle, with support from the Home Lending team. You will comply with all regulatory requirements while marketing Chase products.

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts (direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell initiatives, relocation programs, statement programs, , newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other efforts).
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and functions effectively within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert; maintains relationships with customers; provides recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs, goals, and circumstances.

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

• FHA/VA sales experience.
• Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Employment offers are contingent on review of criminal history, credit, NMLS information, and other factors to determine financial responsibility and fitness for the role. Felony convictions within the last seven years may disqualify an applicant. Compliance with SAFE Act and Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank requirements is required for continued employment.
