Trinity UMC, North Myrtle Beach is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Full Time (35
-40 hours per week) Position.
Position Overview: To provide administrative and secretarial support for the Senior Pastor and church, to coordinate the business affairs of the church, and to provide office services to the various committees and boards maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
Responsibilities Include: The number one responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to be the front door of the church. In many cases this position is the first impression that someone may have of Trinity. Therefore, the job requires the person to greet and assist members and non-members in a cordial manner. Also this position requires the person to be a team player, assisting whenever and wherever needed.
