Construction Superintendent

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Construction Superintendent for a full-time direct hire position. The Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage all on‑site activities for construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring the efficient coordination and completion of projects.

Base pay range: $56,160.00/yr - $83,200.00/yr

• Coordinate all workforce required to complete projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate with foremen and field technicians to manage project workflow.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Order and manage materials and equipment for projects.
• Ensure high‑quality work and adherence to safety standards, with a goal of zero incidents.
• Document project progress via photos and as-built drawings; complete daily reports.
• Approve workforce time, as well as material and equipment invoices on a weekly basis.
• Oversee the training and development of foremen and field technicians.

• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore).
• Five years’ experience in construction management, with expertise in commercial restoration.
• Physical ability to stand, sit for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift over 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license or State  authorization to work in the USA.
