Civil Estimator - North Myrtle Beach, SC

Salary: $85-130K Depending on experience

We are helping a civil contractor who looking for an experienced Civil Estimator to join our team in the Myrtle Beach area. We are also seeking a Project Manager in addition to this role. This role will focus on a variety of civil projects including site development, DOT, and infrastructure work. The right person will have a strong understanding of civil construction estimating, the ability to manage multiple bids at once, and excellent attention to detail.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents

• Work with project managers and superintendents to develop scopes of work

• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing

• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits

• Track project budgets and timelines during the bidding process

• Maintain organized records of bids and estimates

• 2+ years of experience as a civil estimator

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and pricing

• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office

• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
