We are currently seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team and provide in-home therapy services across North Myrtle Beach, Lorris, and Conway, SC.
In this meaningful clinical role, you’ll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. - Deliver physical therapy services as outlined in the plan of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Carry out treatment protocols that support mobility, strength, balance, and functional recovery.
- Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate updates to the PT or Case Manager.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with agency policy and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with educating patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active PTA license in the state of South Carolina (required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable physical therapy experience (required)
- Previous home health experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
