- You manage food costs, AvT, and inventory with precision
- You collaborate on seasonal menus and specials that wow
- You optimize systems like Restaurant
365 and Toast to drive efficiency - You ensure every plate reflects our brand and exceeds guest expectations
We’re looking for a culinary leader who’s ready to own the kitchen like it’s their name on the door.
Must-haves- 3–4 years in a high-volume, seafood-forward kitchen
- Proven leadership in fast-paced environments
- Serv Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Executive chef or multi-unit kitchen management experience
- Culinary degree or formal training
- Expertise in cost control, ordering, and vendor relationships
- $75,000–$90,000 annual salary (based on experience)
