Line Cooks
- Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation
- Cook to order with accuracy and efficiency during high‑volume service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked station
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with closing duties including cleaning, dishwashing, and restocking
- Complete daily prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, marinating, and sauce preparation
- Ensure ingredients are properly labeled, stored, and rotated
- Support the line by keeping prep areas stocked and organized
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all sanitation guidelines
- Assist with end‑of‑shift cleaning and restocking
- At least 18 years old
- Prior kitchen or restaurant experience preferred (we’re happy to train motivated candidates)
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, professional kitchen
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Team‑oriented with strong communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and consistent
- Able to stay focused and efficient during busy shifts
$16 – $21 per hour
, based on experience and position
