Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Tasks may include:

  • Planning each shift and monitoring performance during the shift
  • Taking action to meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
  • Communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth transition
  • Helping assigned departments meet their goals and targets

As a Shift Manager you may also be responsible for:

  • Food Safety
  • Internal Communication
  • Inventory Management
  • Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness
  • Managing Crew
  • Quality Food Production

  • Safety and Security

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.

We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast‑paced environment.

You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned restaurants.
