• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through setup and activation.
• Keep planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

• Lead and coach team members to complete tasks.
• Display a high‑energy personality and ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness in high‑traffic environments.
• Stay hungry to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
• Provide fantastic service while displaying integrity.
• Stand/move around for 8–10‑hour shifts and work peak times (weekends, evenings, holidays).

• Prior sales experience or knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.
