Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in providing daily operational support to executive leadership. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, is analytical, and can manage a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism. A strong ability to create, interpret, and deliver reports is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports for executive leadership.
  • Compile data from various departments to create clear and actionable analytics.
  • Assist executives with calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with document preparation, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support general office operations and administrative processes as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Collaborate with management and department heads to streamline reporting and administrative workflows.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or office coordination preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; comfort with data analytics tools a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
