What You’ll Do:

• Keep our CRM humming—manage data, enter leads, and generate reports
• Be the go-to for materials: brochures, business cards, training kits—you name it
• Draft professional correspondence for our leadership team
• Keep our team organized with updated hierarchies and call night coordination
• Be the friendly face for clients, vendors, and the public
• Plan and coordinate events, luncheons, and meetings that bring people together

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in administrative or sales support (funeral industry experience is a plus!)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
