Position:
We are hiring a proactive and experienced Service Writer to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service experiences in our service department.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, assess their automotive service needs, and document accurately.
• Clearly explain repair diagnoses and recommend services based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide detailed estimates of costs and timelines for repairs, adhering to Serpentini's pricing and process standards.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently and coordinate service bay assignments.
• Maintain continuous communication with technicians and customers throughout the service process.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of service orders and invoices, following all store processes.

Expectations:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automotive service writer.
• Proficient in automotive service procedures, manufacturer KPI scoring requirements, and terminology.
• Ability to exceed monthly goals set by management and contribute to the team's success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following all store processes and exceeding manufacturer KPI scoring requirements.
