J.L. Moore is a commercial general contracting and design-build firm located in North Olmsted, Ohio. Founded in 1973, we have successfully completed over 5,000 projects for local, regional, and national clients across 23 states. Our mission is to provide clients with a professional, dependable and honest way of doing business that allows us to build long-term relationships. We believe that hard work, professional commitment, and personal integrity are the keys to success.
All while always paying close attention to safe operations, project timelines and budgets.
An Estimator at J.L. Moore plays a key role in reviewing plans and specifications, attending pre-bid meetings, developing work scopes and invitations to bid, communicating with project stakeholders throughout the bid process, securing subcontractor and material supplier proposals, performing limited take-offs of critical scope items, and preparing the final estimate. Upon award of the project, the Estimator will assist in the subcontractor selection process.
Project types include renovations, tenant build-outs, and new construction. Typical size ranges from $250,000 to $10 million.
