Are you a proactive, big-picture leader who can meticulously manage the details? Can you energetically champion constructive change, promote and support staff teamwork, and thrive in a target-driven environment?
Responsibilities include:- Interact professionally with all guests and ensuring that the Escape Rooms are prepared for the ultimate guest experience
- Understand the working of each of the Escape Rooms and that knowledge is passed on to your staff
- Promoting and increasing sales through marketing initiatives and inhouse interaction with guests
- Light managerial duties from staff development to reporting sales and frequency of guest bookings
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to a growing and evolving work environment
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the event business, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
