In-Home Caregiver - Caregiving Heart

About the Role

As an in-home caregiver, you will make a meaningful difference in the life of an individual who wishes to remain safe, comfortable, and respected in their own home. This role is about building trust, offering companionship, and treating each client with dignity and empathy.

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Assist with medication reminders (as permitted)
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Most importantly: care with patience, respect, and a kind heart

• A warm, dependable, and empathetic personality
• A genuine passion for helping others
• Experience as a caregiver preferred (but we value heart and willingness to learn)
• Ability to communicate clearly and kindly
• Valid driver s license, car insurance, and punctuality
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
