Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse for Med Surg / Telemetry in North Olmsted, OH.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in Med Surg and Telemetry units
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Current Ohio RN license
- Strong clinical skills in Med Surg and Telemetry
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
