Director of Social Services: Champion Resident Wellbeing

Communi Care Health seeks a Director of Social Services (LSW) for our Copley Health Center location in Ohio. This full-time role focuses on leading the social work and psycho-social programs to enrich residents’ lives with dignity and meaning.

You will advocate for residents, counsel families and staff, and collaborate with direct care teams to ensure psychosocial wellbeing. A social work license and healthcare experience are required.
