Shift Manager in Training – Overnight Shift

Ideal candidates should have previous manager experience in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. Minimum age: 18 years.

• Lead and manage the overnight shift; ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Plan shift schedules and tasks.
• Monitor crew performance, promote quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability standards are met.
• Communicate with other shift managers and crew.
• Motivate, delegate, and coach the team.
• Complete assigned cleanliness and maintenance tasks.
• Handle food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, quality food production, and training.

• Previous managerial experience, preferably within restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
