Plant Operator - 2nd Shift

Operate and monitor crushing, screening, conveying, and material handling equipment to support safe and efficient production.

Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.

Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate equipment concerns promptly.

Maintain product quality standards while meeting production targets.

Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Ability to safely operate industrial equipment in a quarry or heavy manufacturing environment.

Mechanical aptitude and capability to identify and resolve routine operational issues.

Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance.

Dependable team player with effective communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing production needs.

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$24 per hour.
