** Hours of Job*** ## PRN* ## Monday-Thursday 7 a.m.
- 3:30 p.m. as needed.* ## No holidays or weekends required.##
** Duties and
Key Responsibilities *** ## Responsible for delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment,planning, implementation, and evaluation.* ## Directs and guides patient teaching.* ## Places the patient at the center of care activities.* ## Assumes a lead role in patient teaching.* ## Collaborates and interacts positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achievedesired outcomes.* ## Performs other duties as assigned.##
** Requirements*** ## CPR/ACLS certification* ## Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.##
** Education/Certifications*** ## Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.* ## License to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.* ## Basic Life Support and ACLS.##
** Experience*** ## 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred. Preferrable in an Outpatient setting.
