Blue Ribbon Restaurants, LLC, a franchisee of Famous Dave's of America
, is looking to add a Famous Manager to our Famous Dave's location in North Olmsted.
Base pay range: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee and direct all aspects of restaurant operations, including achieving sales and profit levels, maintaining high food quality standards, and committing to the company’s standards of excellence. You will set the tone for each shift and lead your team with passion for guests’ experiences. We seek leaders, coaches, mentors, and trainers who thrive in a high‑volume, full‑service, casual dining environment and who are committed to delivering "Famous Food and Outstanding Service".
Our ideal candidate has proven leadership skills and a minimum of three years’ experience managing in a similar environment. You should be energetic, fun‑loving, enthusiastic, and willing to get things done hands‑on in a scratch kitchen that serves authentic, in‑house smoked meats, homemade sides, desserts, and handcrafted cocktails.
