Retail Cashier​/Sales Floor Associate

We're hiring a Retail Cashier/Sales Floor Associate at Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, Inc. for our North Olmsted location. This full‑time role offers competitive pay ranging from $12.50 to $19.50 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Deliver exceptional customer and donor service at every interaction
• Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash records
• Support programs such as Round Up and Good Points
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise sales floor inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Assist with training new team members
• Follow all agency policies, safety, and security procedures
• End every transaction with a positive message: "You changed a life today – thank you!"

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
• Prior retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to identify quality, color tones, and merchandise categories
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills a plus
