Starting Pay: $25.00/Hour + Daily Per Diem + Paid Lunches

We are seeking reliable, mechanically inclined Installers to join our team in Plain City, OH. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in construction, installation, assembly, maintenance, field service, manufacturing, or other hands-on technical trades. The Installer will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining equipment and systems while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adhering to all safety requirements.

• Perform installation and assembly work using hand and power tools
• Read and follow installation instructions and work orders
• Measure, cut, assemble, and mount materials as required
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Construction, installation, maintenance, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
