Staff Accountant – North Palm Beach, FL | Health & Wellness

Our team is working with a fast‑growing nutritional supplement company looking to hire a Staff Accountant to support month‑end close and financial reporting. The role focuses on journal entries, balance‑sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis, while partnering cross‑functionally to improve accounting processes and ensure accurate ERP data.

Full‑time hybrid role (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) with a base salary range of $70,000–$80,000, plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with GAAP
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including fixed assets
• Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts
• Assist with internal financial reporting and management deliverables
• Collaborate with IT and Operations on process improvements and system enhancements
• Support data integrations across ERP, CRM, and related systems
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor daily cash activity
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital reporting
• Coordinate with AP & AR teams to ensure accurate cash balances

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting experience
• Hands‑on experience working within an ERP system
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and data accuracy
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Business Central, SAP, or Oracle preferred
• Familiarity with accounting or financial reporting systems is a plus
