Project Controls Accountant

Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Project Controls Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain processes for tracking inventory and storage costs
• Prepare and post accurate journal entries
• Complete monthly accruals and account reconciliations
• Track and monitor invoices to support timely processing and payment
• Support month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Identify process improvement opportunities and document accounting procedures

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is preferred
• Strong accounting background with experience supporting project-related financial activities
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-orientated
• Highly skilled in Excel
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• SAP experience is required
• SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) experience is preferred
• Power BI experience is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
