As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands-on experience in Goodyear Auto Service centers by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. Experience isn't required; you will be trained in any skills required. Goodyear offers training and fast track career advancement opportunities.

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filters replacements, and other preventative maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and communicate about guest vehicles; promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation; perform manual tasks for extended periods (lifting, standing, bending, squatting).

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions
• Commitment to learning new technologies within the automotive industry
• Preference for High School Diploma or GED

• Pay range: $15 - $22 per hour depending on experience; base pay may vary by knowledge, skills, experience, and location
