Full‑time opening for a Board Certified Psychiatrist required for our growing mental health agency in North Palm Beach, Florida.

• Assess and treat mental illnesses via psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, hospitalization, and medication.
• Conduct regular discussions with patients to help them change behavioral patterns through psychotherapy, past experience exploration, or group and family therapy sessions.
• Collaborate and supervise mid‑level providers.
• Provide emergency treatment orders as needed.
• Administer medications to correct chemical imbalances.
• Use the Athena computerized medical record system for progress notes, orders, and record review with timely completion.
• Deliver person‑ and family‑centered care.
• Demonstrate understanding of developmental/age‑specific issues in treatment.
• Interact effectively with patients, supervisors, coworkers, and external agency employees.
• Perform work safely and efficiently.
• Comply with policies and procedures regarding workers’ compensation, risk management, and security.

• Licensed in Florida as an M.D.
• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) Psychiatrist.

• Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required.
