We’re growing… and we need YOU! Bridging the Pieces Therapy is a therapist-run, close-knit pediatric clinic and we’re in dire need of another amazing SLP to join our team. If you’re looking for a position where you’re valued, trusted, and supported not micromanaged you’ve found it.

What You’ll Do
  • Complete pediatric speech and language evaluations.
  • Develop individualized plans of care.
  • Provide engaging, goal-oriented therapy sessions that keep kids motivated and having fun.
  • We are a child-led, family centered practice, so an engaging, fun personality is a must!
  • Collaborate with our supportive team and communicate with families.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required).
  • 0–15 years of experience (we welcome confident CFs!).
  • Strong SLP-As are encouraged to apply.
  • Passion for working with children and their families.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

    Outpatient pediatric clinic (all sessions in-house; no home visits).
  • Schedule:

    Full-time with flexible scheduling options.
  • Start date:

    ASAP (we need someone amazing, and we need them now!).
