As a Home Health Aide (HHA) at Home Helpers of the Palm Beaches, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering high-quality care, a keen sense of empathy, and excellent communication skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities
  : helping clients with personal care, grooming, and hygiene
• Providing homemaking services
  : assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Assisting with medication management
  : reminding clients to take their medication and performing basic medication administration
• Maintaining accurate records
  : documenting client interactions and care provided
• Collaborating with healthcare teams
  : working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Valid HHA certification
  : must be certified as a Home Health Aide
• Minimum 1 year of experience
  : in a home healthcare setting or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  : ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Compassionate and patient-focused
