Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, Senior

DSS, Inc. is a leading health information software development and systems integration company offering solutions utilized by clinicians and administrative staff nationwide.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts in a prioritized and standardized manner as identified by QA Manager, Director, and Product Line Director.
• Participate in defining and communicating best practices.
• Coordinate and organize automation and verification of assigned products to ensure delivery of top-level software products to external clients.
• Perform security and privacy duties in accordance with HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53.
• Provide advanced training and ensure compliance with regulatory controls.

• Subject to HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53 requirements.
• Undergo specific FedRAMP training.
• For high‑risk departments, undergo advanced training.
• For access to modify data and configuration baseline, require further training.

• Team player working closely with web automation development to build/support WAF Web Automation Framework.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on Selenium Web Driver coding experience in C#.
• Experience with automation tools and APIs such as NUnit, Grid, Appium, Git, Cucumber, Spec Flow, Docker, Bugzilla or Firebug.
• 2‑3 years of experience analyzing, designing, and implementing integration solutions using TFS technologies; 4+ years overall IT experience.
• Key technology experience: C#, Angular
  
  JS, REST, JSON, Node, and VS 2015.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (TFS, Git, Docker).
• Knowledge of Page Object Model, BDD, TDD.
• Proficient in QA software testing tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC.
• Detail oriented, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information, or related field.
• Combination of education and experience can substitute formal degree.

• 3+ years as QA Automation Engineer and 1+ year as QA software analyst.
• 1+ year experience as DSS QA Analyst I.
• Desired: prior experience with Selenium or Quick Test Pro.
• Knowledge of programming languages.

• Standing: 1% per day;

• Lifting: up to 15 pounds (laptop and office equipment) during normal work day; up to 50 lbs. unassisted when traveling.
