Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Case Manager based in North Palm Beach, FL, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Case Manager will manage case files, maintain client communications, and provide administrative support throughout the legal process. Tasks include gathering and analyzing case information, organizing documents, assisting attorneys with case preparation, and ensuring deadlines are met.
The role also involves liaising with clients, updating them on case progress, and coordinating with third parties such as medical providers and insurance companies.
- Proficiency in case management, case analysis, and legal document preparation
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including experience maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency with legal software, case management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with attorneys and support staff
- Familiarity with personal injury and property law is highly desirable
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
