FJ Group Accounting & Tax Inc. is a growing accounting and tax preparation firm serving clients nationwide. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, personalized financial services to small businesses and individuals. We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented, and client-focused Tax Preparers to join our team.

As a Tax Preparer, you will manage clients from onboarding through final tax return delivery. You will work on bookkeeping, closing entries, and preparation of business and individual tax returns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, knowledgeable in U.S. tax law, and able to communicate clearly with clients.

• Prepare and file federal and state tax returns: 1120S, 1120, 1065, and 1040s
• Onboard new clients and manage relationships throughout the year
• Perform bookkeeping, write-ups, journal entries, and month-end closings in Quick Books Desktop and Online
• Review client-provided documents for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines
• Communicate clearly with clients, explaining tax matters in simple terms
• Work closely with team members to ensure client satisfaction

• MUST have experience filing 1120S, 1120, and 1065 returns
• Proficiency in Drake Tax Software
• Strong knowledge of Quick Books Desktop and Online
• Experience with bookkeeping, journal entries, write-ups, and monthly closings
• Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Spanish language skills highly preferred
