Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations on construction sites, including scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
• Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns
• Monitor and maintain project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate and timely financial reporting
• Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and adheres to project specifications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction, preferably in the agricultural industry
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
