Financial Analyst

Mercedes-Benz treats SOX Compliance and Payroll Processing as table stakes; the real test for this Financial Analyst is judgment under deadline. With $74,000 - $115,000 on the table, this senior role rewards 7 years of Payroll Processing with autonomy and team-driven growth.

• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Where most senior roles stop at reporting, this one digs into the why
• Field the sharp-but-gentle ad-hoc analysis the CFO needs before Monday
• Implement and document internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Handle intercompany transactions and eliminations during consolidation
• Maintain accurate records in Delegation and recommend process improvements

• A Lincoln network, or the hustle to build one from scratch
• Roughly 7+ years operating in a similar Financial Analyst position
• Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve
• A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
• Real curiosity about why Mercedes-Benz customers do what they do
• Comfort with remote arrangements and the rhythms of an unfussy workplace
• Experience at the senior level inside a remote role

Plenty of firms claim to do finance;
Mercedes-Benz actually does it, and from Lincoln no less, with a low-drama stubbornness about quality. We measure Financial Analyst success by problems solved, not hours logged at your Lincoln, NE desk.

Step into $74,000 - $115,000, real mentorship, a benefits package that delivers, and the kind of flexible remote rhythm people rarely leave.

This posting reflects an open need we are working to close this quarter.
