Shifts:

1120 Industrial Ave, North Platte, NE 1st Shift 6:00am-4:30pm Monday
-Thursday. Pay:
The hourly pay rate range for this position is 22.55 and benefits. Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is specific to North Platte and may not be applicable to other locations.

• Load rails and paper core on carts for layup
• Stage rails in a safe and easily accessible manner, while following the production schedule.
• Cut rails to proper size as needed
• Conduct pre-operational inspection.
• Clean and maintain the area & forklift.

• Must have knowledge of rail types and sizes, and the ability to understand production schedules.
• Must be able to operate radial arm saw.
• Must read and write English & a tape measure.
• Must have good attendance and safety records.
• Must demonstrate solid teamwork abilities and communication.

• Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
• The ability to work accurately, thoroughly and meet deadlines
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
• This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and be highly alert at all times

• Stand for 10 – 12 hours straight
• Climb and descend stairs/ladder as needed for the role
• Do repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push and pull 60-pounds)
• Withstand exposure to temperature extremes; sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable
