We are currently seeking a Sales Associate
, with bilingual (English/Spanish) skills strongly preferred
, to better serve our growing customer base.

Customer Connection – Be the friendly face of our store. Greet customers, understand their needs, and help them find the perfect sofa, refrigerator, or TV using product knowledge and great communication skills. Bilingual associates will assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.

Order & Account Support – Accurately process orders, explain rental-purchase options, and coordinate deliveries and pickups to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience.

Showroom Excellence – Maintain an organized, attractive showroom daily. Merchandise furniture, appliances, and electronics so the store is always customer-ready.

Sales & Community Engagement – Work collaboratively with the team to attract new customers, support repeat business, and participate in local promotions and outreach efforts—especially within bilingual and multicultural communities.

• Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred; may be required depending on applicant pool)
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
• Ability to explain products, pricing, and payment options clearly and confidently
• Physical capability to lift and move furniture and appliances as needed
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
