Billing Coordinator

A well-established professional services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join its accounting and finance team. • Prepare, review, and process client invoices and billing statements
• Manage accounts payable functions, including vendor payments and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries
• Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting support
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient billing processes
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as needed

• Previous experience in billing, accounts payable, accounting, or related finance functions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a professional services or legal environment is preferred but not required
