This full‑time hands‑on General Manager position can also lead to a franchise owner. Last year our GMs earned an average salary of $103,000. We offer competitive pay, health insurance, and paid time off.

Operating hours:

• Sunday‑Thursday: 9:00 AM–1:00 AM
• Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 AM

Since delivery will be part of your training, candidates should have a Florida driver’s license, a reliable insured vehicle, and be available during all operating hours.

General Managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, cash control, and customer relations. You set the tone and the face of the store, and you must perform at 100 % of the time.

• Lead a team during your shift
• Responsible for all store operations
• Help walk‑in customers
• Operate the cash register
• Make all products quickly and accurately, adhering to portion sizes and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards
