Your role:

Our Property Managers have full ownership of the physical assets and financial performance of the community, creating a desirable community with a strong emphasis on excellence in customer service and leadership.

What you will do:
  • Maintain a high-quality on‑site team through effective coaching, training, communication, and overall leadership to ensure the team reaches its highest potential.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure all social media outlets are regularly utilized and develop a marketing plan and sales strategies.
  • Lead daily/weekly inspirational team meetings with the goal to exceed and be the best in a competitive market.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the community and competition.
  • Interact with residents 香港赛马会 with the highest level of customer service.
  • Ensure that all physical aspects of the property are fully operational and safe.
  • Inspect grounds, buildings, and apartments regularly.
  • Implement all policies and procedures outlined in the company policies.
  • Read and understand financial reports and budgets of the community.
  • Understand economic occupancy as compared to342 vacancy rate on each property and how delinquent rent payments will significantly cut into economic occupancy旗舰。
  • Use sound financial knowledge to successfully lease up every community.
  • Understand key financial terminology.
  • Use financial reports to determine and act upon needs.
  • Understand how to use metrics to drive results.
What you will bring:
  • Three years or more of Property Manager experience preferred.იღ
  • Property lease up experience preferred.
  • Must have strong leadership and team building skills.
  • Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying.
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrates a positive “can do” demeanor, takes pride in achieving results and has a self‑starter mindset.
